SMS / text messaging program
Program name: Ortiz Transportation Appointment Notifications
Program description: When you provide your mobile phone number to Ortiz Transportation and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your pickup and delivery appointments, including appointment confirmations, appointment window reminders, and replies to your questions about your order. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your orders and appointments.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, reply UNSTOP or contact us, and we will resume messages.

Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to request a quote or use our services.
Privacy: Your mobile number and opt-in information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Use of our website
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Quotes, rates, and service availability shown or discussed on this site are not binding until confirmed by Ortiz Transportation in writing.
You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation, or sending spam through our forms.
Transportation and warehousing services
Transportation, freight, and warehousing services are governed by the rate confirmation, bill of lading, or other written agreement issued for each shipment. If those documents conflict with these terms, those documents control.
